POLICY BRIEF: Streamlined Sales Tax Project

The Streamlined Sales Tax Project is a multistate organization working to implement a common, simplified sales and use tax framework across all the states. The framework is embodied in a document called the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement. The 2005 Legislature will consider legislation to bring the state further into conformity with the Agreement.
